The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - This nonprofit offers educational tools and mental health resources for people struggling with suicidal thoughts. Families, friends, and peers can also access supportive guidance on assisting their loved ones.

SAMHSA Helpline - SAMHSA's National Helpline delivers free, confidential treatment referrals and information for managing mental health disorders and substance abuse issues. Multilingual support is available all day, every day.
